POLICIES
Have a question about our ticket or grandstand policies? Please see our below guidelines. All guests must have a grandstand ticket regardless of age or the proper approved credential.
Don't forget to print or save your tickets to your mobile device before you arrive for race day!
If you are securing your ticket/admission within a protective holder on a lanyard, please ensure the barcode is completely visible in a clear area.
When approaching the metal detectors, please remove any large metal objects (cell phones, keys, cameras, etc.). You do not need to remove your hat, jacket, belt, wallet, watch, or other objects of similar size, unless instructed to do so. If carrying coins, please remove them prior to entry to avoid detection of these items. Weapons of any kind (including pocket knives) are strictly prohibited in grandstand/tower seating as well as the Talladega Garage Experience Presented by Coolray.
Wait for Gate Staff to instruct you to walk to the body screener, one person at a time. If the device detects something, you may be asked to re-check your pockets and will be scanned again. Once you are screened, please proceed to the bag check station and again to the gate for your ticket to be scanned.
You and your belongings will be searched upon entry into Talladega Superspeedway. We suggest you review our Allowed/Prohibited Items list before arriving on property, and approaching the gates. By tendering your ticket and entering the grandstand/facility, you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that you might have against Talladega Superspeedway, its members and/or subsidiaries, officers, employees, agents, sponsors, trustees, receivers, successors and assigns, parent companies, related or affiliated companies and all of their shareholders and directors, and sanctioning bodies. If you elect to not consent to the searches, you will be denied entry to the grandstand/facility. Every guest must pass through a security checkpoint. Re-entries are permitted with valid ticket, but all guests will be re-screened. All gates at Talladega Superspeedway are ADA accessible.
All seating areas at Talladega Superspeedway are SMOKE FREE. This includes cigarettes, pipes, cigars, electronic cigarettes and vapes (with or without nicotine). Designated smoking sections are located throughout the concourses. See below for locations.
Designated smoking areas are available in the Talladega Garage Experience Presented by Coolray.

Should a disabled guest need transportation from a location other than one of these designated pick-up spots, please have a family member or companion visit one of our Guest Services Fan Information Booths to request transportation.
The use of these carts is restricted to the disabled guest and one companion so that we may assist everyone. For the safety of all guests, disability assistance will not be operational for 45 minutes immediately following the conclusion of the event due to a high volume of pedestrian traffic; TSS staff will determine when conditions are safe to resume operations.
This is a FREE service courtesy of Talladega Superspeedway. Please no tipping.
Please expect to wait during peak times. Due to the high volume of requests received at various times, it is not guaranteed that transportation can be arranged from locations that are not one of our designated pick-up spots. For a full view of all ADA Shuttle Services pick-up locations, see the map here.

GENERATORS
- Avoid carbon monoxide poisoning when using generators.
- Never use a generator or heater inside RVs, tents, trailers or similar areas, even when using fans or opening doors and windows for ventilation. Deadly levels of carbon monoxide can quickly build up in these areas and can linger for hours, even after the generator has shut off.
- Follow the instructions that come with your generator. Locate the unit outdoors and far from RVs, tents, trailers, doors, windows and vents that could allow carbon monoxide to come indoors.
- Get fresh air right away if you start to feel dizzy or weak.
FIRE HAZARDS
- Never store fuel for your generator in RVs, tents or trailers. Gasoline, propane, kerosene and other flammable liquids should be stored outside of these areas in properly labeled, non-glass safety containers. Do not store them near a fuel-burning appliance, such as a natural gas water heater.
- Before refueling the generator, turn it off and let it cool down. Gasoline spilled on hot engine parts could ignite.
