WILL THE YELLAWOOD 500 WEEKEND RUN AT FULL CAPACITY?

Yes!

The full list of opportunities at Talladega for fans to enjoy race weekend:

  • Fully open frontstretch towers and grandstands
  • Fully open Talladega Garage Experience* on Saturday and Sunday
    • Includes access to Garage Viewing Walkways, Pre-Race Ceremonies and Victory Lane
    • *NASCAR requires that all guests, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask while indoors or in enclosed areas. This includes Big Bill's and the garage walkways. 
  • Fully open for the Saturday Night Infield Concert featuring Dustin Lynch
  • Fully open hospitality areas such as Fan Suites, Premium Box seating and Busch Balcony
  • Fully open reserved RV campgrounds in infield and outside venue (no spacing restrictions and no longer limited to six people per site)
  • Fully open reserved tent camping
  • Space available in three outside free campgrounds
  • Shower facilities will be open and regularly sanitized
  • Fully open for interactive displays in The Midway outside the frontstretch
WHAT UPDATES AND PROTOCOL CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE FOR THE YELLAWOOD 500 WEEKEND?

Frontstretch seating: 

  • Grandstand and tower seating will be fully open on Saturday and Sunday 
  • Hospitality areas such as fan suites, premium box seating, and Busch Balcony will open at full capacity 

Infield and Outside Camping: 

  • Tent camping returns in the infield and outside of the track 
  • Campground restrooms and showers will be open and sanitized regularly 
  • Some camping space will be available in all three free campgrounds - GEICO North Park, GEICO South Park, and GEICO West Park C  
  • Campsite reservations will no longer be limited to 6 people per spot 
  • Restrictions for RV parking direction and social gatherings have been removed 

Return of Fan Experiences: 

  • The Talladega Garage Experience* will be open on Saturday and Sunday, including access to garage viewing walkways, pre-race ceremonies, and Ruoff Mortgage Victory Lane
    • *NASCAR requires that all guests, regardless of vaccination status, must wear a mask while indoors or in enclosed areas. This includes Big Bill's and the garage walkways. 
  • The Saturday Night Infield Concert featuring Dustin Lynch
  • The Midway will be open with interactive displays 
  • Information about additional weekend fan experiences is still to come

  • NASCAR requires that all guests wear a face mask while indoors and in enclosed areas, regardless of vaccination status

Sparks 300: October 2nd

It’s baaaaaack!



For the second straight year, the Xfinity Series will visit ’Dega twice, with the Sparks 300 on Saturday, October 2 serving as a crucial stop in its opening playoff Round of 12!

Chevy Silverado 250: October 2nd

The NASCAR Camping World Truck Series kicks off a doubleheader day of racing on Saturday, October 2nd with the Chevy Silverado 250!
