Both the inside and outside retaining walls above the new Turn 3 Oversized Vehicle Tunnel construction at Talladega Superspeedway are being reformed and put back into place this week. In addition, backfilling of compacted stone to cover the outside and top of the tunnel took place last week. Returning as judges are local media personalities and celebrities from last year’s competition (shown above) including Lisa Crane (NBC 13, bottom second from left), Ashley Gann (CBS 42, bottom fourth from left) and Chris Renkel (CBS 42, bottom third from right).
