Policies

The grandstand gate admissions policy outlines what you may bring into the grandstand area. The policy balances fan safety, comfort and experience. Please review the policy and plan accordingly.

FANS MAY ENTER ADMISSION GATES WITH:

• One (1) 14”x 14”x 14” soft-sided cooler
• One (1) Lightweight backpack or daypack no larger than 17" in length 
• Binoculars, scanners and cameras not in a bag or case
• Soft seat cushions

ALL ITEMS BROUGHT THROUGH ADMISSION GATES ARE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.

FANS MAY NOT ENTER ADMISSION GATES WITH:

• Hard-sided coolers, thermoses, insulated cups of any size or freeze packs
• Glass containers, strollers, umbrellas, bicycles, roller blades, pets, banners, signs or flags
• Stadium seats with armrests
• Firearms, knives, fireworks and items restricted by local, state or federal laws
• Any bag, backpack, purse or container larger than the allowable sizes

There are no provisions for checking and holding items deemed inappropriate. Restricted items may not be left at or around the gate area. Items left unattended will be removed and discarded.

The Talladega Superspeedway ticket office(s) is the only official ticket seller/outlet for any of the speedway’s events.  Tickets obtained from other source(s) may be lost, stolen or counterfeit.  In such cases such tickets may not be honored.

For consideration which Holder acknowledges, Holder expressly agrees:

The Holder of this ticket expressly assumes all risk incident to the event, whether occurring prior to, during or subsequent to the actual event and agrees that all participants, sanctioning bodies, and all employees, agents, officers, and directors of Talladega Superspeedway L.L.C. its affiliates and subsidiaries are hereby released from any and all claims arising from the event, including claim of negligence.

Holder irrevocably grants Talladega Superspeedway L.L.C. and its assigns, licensees, affiliates and successors the right to use Holder’s image, likeness, voice, actions and/or statements in all forms and media including composite or modified representations for all purposes, including advertising, trade, or any commercial purpose throughout the world and in perpetuity. Holder hereby waives any and all claims that Holder may have for libel, defamation, invasion of privacy or right of publicity, infringement of copyright or violation of any other right arising out of or relating to any utilization of Holder’s image as described herein.

Tickets and other admissions materials:

• Obtained from sources other than Talladega Superspeedway or its affiliates may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit, and in such cases will not be honored. Tickets may not be resold at a price higher than printed on the ticket. Tickets may not be resold for any price on Speedway property.
• May not be used for advertising, promotions (including contests, sweepstakes or giveaways) or other trade purposes, without the prior express written consent of Talladega Superspeedway L.L.C.

All Ticket Sales Are Final- No Money Refunded- No Exchanges. In the event of postponement of the race, the ticket will be honored on the date the race is held.

Keep tickets in a safe place. Talladega Superspeedway will not issue replacement tickets or claim any responsibility for lost, stolen, destroyed, misplaced or forgotten tickets.

NASCAR owns the rights to all images, sounds and data from this NASCAR Event. For more information, contact NASCAR Broadcasting, 550 South Caldwell Street, Suite 2000, Charlotte, North Carolina 28202.  The bearer of this ticket agrees not to take any action, or cause others to take any action, which would infringe upon NASCAR’s rights.  Use of this ticket constitutes acceptance of these terms.
