Where is Will Call located?

Monday - Saturday will call is located at the Hall of Fame ticket office. Will Call windows are set up outside (you do not have to go inside to the ticket office). Mon – Fri Hours: 8 am – 7 pm, Sat Hours: 7 am – 6 pm.
Infield Admission Passes and Infield Spaces are held at the Infield Ticket Booth Will Call just outside of gate 9.
Overnite Pick-up Monday - Saturday – All of Will Call is available for pick-up between 7pm and 7am at the Infield ticket booth located outside of gate 9.
On Sunday, Frontstretch Will Call is at Ticket Booth D located at Entrance Plaza 3 and Allison Grandstand Will Call is at Ticket Booth I located at Entrance Plaza 8.

Can I bring my pet in the campground?

Where do I purchase Infield Admissions?

Infield Admission can be purchased at the Infield Ticket Booth at Gate 9. Cash, MC, Amex, Visa and Discover are accepted forms of payments.
This booth is open 24hrs per day starting Wed Noon through Sunday at 3pm.
Grandstand tickets are also sold at this booth and Will Call is also brought out to this booth during overnite hours (approx. 7pm – 7am) so that you can pick up their tickets if you arrive on site in the early morning hours.

If it rains can I get a refund?

No. No refunds or exchanges. All sales are final.
Your ticket stub will be valid for admission on the day the race is re-scheduled.

The Main Ticket Office is located at the International Motorsports Hall of Fame just off Speedway Boulevard next to the track main entrance.

I’ve locked my keys in my car. I need a tow or a jump for my vehicle. Who do I call?

Are there shower houses and water/waste RV stations at Talladega?

Yes, there is 35-shower facility in the infield located at the north end of the track in the green zone. It is open 24hrs per day.
In the Family Parks, there are three restroom facilities with showers located outside of the turn 1 family park area. Two of them have 12 showers and the other has 4 showers.
There are waste stations also located at two of the shower/restroom facilities.
There is also a waster/water station just on the east side of the Main Security Building also.

Where is lost and found?

Lost and Found is located at the main security building next to East Park and adjacent to the credential and facility ops buildings. Any items dropped off at the Fan Information booths or Guest Services centers are brought to the Main Security Building. You can visit security during race weekend to inquire about the lost item.
After the race, you can call 256-362-2261 to find out if your item has been located.

Can I bring a bicycle or scooter?

Bicycles are allowed in the outside overnight parking areas. If you ride them up Sunday to the Entrance Plazas, they have to be chanined to a bicycle rack only. If it is attached to any of the track property they will be impounded.
NO BICYCLES ALLOWED IN THE INFIELD !!!
Scotters(street legal) are allowed on the outside of the track. They must have a tag, working headlights, taillights, turnsignals, proof of insurance and a helmet must be worn. On race days scooters can be parked in the motorcycle parking lot.
