Print Your Race Tickets At Home!

Talladega Superspeedway officials are pleased that many fans are taking advantage of the track's Print At Home option when ordering tickets online for the upcoming UAW-Ford 500 event weekend Oct. 6 - 8, 2006, and urge all guests to opt for the increased convenience Print At Home affords.

After successfully launching Print At Home in the spring of this year, track officials decided to again make it available in the fall for all ticketholders purchasing UAW-Ford 500 event weekend tickets online Guests who have printed their tickets home will be directed to a designated line where the ticket will be electronically scanned for validation, speeding up the entry time at the gate and eliminating the need to remember another item when planning a trip to the racetrack.

"The Print At Home option was extremely popular when we offered it for the first time earlier this year, and interest only seems to be growing as word travels among fans about its convenience," said Talladega Superspeedway Vice President and General Manager Rick Humphrey.

Customers wishing to print tickets at home may do so by ordering tickets online at If you select the option of printing your tickets at home and would like detailed instructions on printing your tickets, you may visit or Each ticket printed at home contains a unique, two-dimensional barcode that will be scanned at the venue. The barcode will be honored on the first scan and immediately becomes invalid for any subsequent entries. Therefore, while an email confirmation received upon completing the order enables you to reprint your ticket if the original is damaged, the ticket should be guarded as closely as traditional tickets, since only the first scan will be honored at the gate. In addition to the unique barcode, the tickets will also contain a facility map showing the entrance plazas with entrance lines designated for customers with print-at-home tickets.
